Based on the Article 134 Paragraph 5 of the Law on Tax Procedure and Tax Administration ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", reference number 80/2002, 84/2002, 23/2003 and 70/2003),

Minister of Finances and Economy brings

Rules of Procedure with movable properties confiscated throughout tax control and auditing

("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", reference number 123/2003)

Article 1

This Regulation shall govern the procedure with movable properties confiscated throughout tax control (hereinafter referred to as confiscated properties), in accordance with the Article 134 of the Law on Tax Procedure and Tax Administration ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", reference number 80/2002, 84/2002, 23/2003 i 70/2003).
