I BASIC PROVISIONS

Subject matter

Article 1

This Law governs compulsory traffic insurance, set s up the Guarantee Fund, defines its scope of authority and the manner of financing, and grants public functions to the Association of Serbian Insurers (hereinafter: the Association).
